2 small single rooms (street side) at EUR 81.00 per room per night
4 rooms (street side) in single occupancy at EUR 93.00 per room per night or in double occupancy at EUR 108.00 per room per night
4 rooms (quiet courtyard side) in single occupancy at EUR 107.00 per room per night or in double occupancy at EUR 122.00 per room per night

All prices include applicable VAT. The Hamburg cultural tax varies depending on the overnight rate and is charged separately.

Room Amenities:

Our rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, desk, telephone, free internet access, and cable TV.

Dining:

From 7:00 to 10:00 AM, we warmly invite our guests for a cup of coffee or tea — a small energizer for the day. Unfortunately, we do not offer a full breakfast service on-site.

Check-in & Check-out:

The reception on the 4th floor is staffed daily from 7:00 to 12:00. Official check-in begins at 3:00 PM. On departure day, guests are kindly asked to vacate their rooms by no later than 11:00 AM.

Automated Check-in:

Check-in is available via an automated machine located on the left side of the main entrance of the Catholic Academy.

Parking:

Garage spaces are available in our underground parking lot (beneath the building) at EUR 10.00 per space per night (maximum height: 2.25 meters).

Cancellation Policy:

Rooms that are individually reserved can be canceled free of charge up to two days prior to arrival. Cancellations made later or no-shows will incur a fee of 90% of the room rate.

Contingent Management:

The block is valid until September 3, 2025; any unclaimed rooms after this date will automatically be released back into general availability.

Booking:

Reservations for individual rooms can be made immediately by phone or email — please mention the keyword “AK EDA.” A valid credit card is required to guarantee each reservation.
